Who is this Shama Churn?

Profound man of God. His ways touch me deeply. His life, previously as Kabir(mystic revered by Moslems and Hindus alike) and this life as Lahiri compels the heart to dig deeper. At first this will be a book. Then it turns into Him, guiding your heart upward to the head, learning true knowledge. Keeping the breath in the head is no easy task. Shama Churn became my Father, guiding me thru these ancient techniques to find 'Self' in Him. What a profound book on God.

A very informative book

Shyama Churn Lahiri Mahasaya as known through his diaries. This is the 3rd book by Dr. Chatterjee on Lahiri Baba as seen through his 26 personal diaries. This is a must read for the seriously meditating yogi.

It was a disappointment .The content was least enlightening.
