D110 vs D11 What is the difference and which one is the latest model?

D110 is an upgraded version of D11, It is a new product of NIIMBOT D series launched in late 2021. D110 is smaller than D11 in appearance and lighter in weight, smarter on the chip and better printing.

If there's no ink or toner, how long will this last? Once the ink runs out, is it refillable?

Just replace the thermal label tape, you can continue printing and don't need to refill any ink or toner.

Do the stickers come in different lengths? I'm looking for 1 inch x 1/2 inch (25.4mm x 12.7mm)

The size of the label sticker comes with the printer is 15mm x 30mm.
