Purchased this on Amazon's Prime Day and finally installed it this week.As for the install, if you know how to wire up a ceiling fan then this is no different than any other. What I do like is that the wiring is very simple and everything was color-coded to wire up perfectly.As this ceiling fan has a remote control I was concerned at first where the large signal box was going to go. Turns out it can fit right in the ceiling fan well.Performance:Pros - bright LED lighting, great remote with numerous fan settings (to include counter-clockwise), small for my home's low ceiling height, compact but produces a really good flow of air!Cons - turning the wall switch to the "On" position there is a 2-3 second delay before the light turns on, you have to use the remote to turn on the fan...every time you turn the wall switch on, if you ever misplace the remote you're going to be limited to the light only, the LED light is very bright but there's a significant difference in where the light shine throughout the room compared to the bulb-style ceiling fans (Meaning, there are now some dimmer areas of my room that once used to be covered with my old 3-bulb fan that are now not as seen.)For my simple use (in my bedroom) this is a great ceiling fan as long as it lasts a few years. I love that there are 6 speeds for the fan and in both directions, there's a 1/2/3-hr fan timer setting and buttons that control the light (only on or off), the fan settings (with or without the light on) and the timers all on the remote.Overall, I would definitely recommend this ceiling fan, especially for a smaller room. It is the closest flush, mount ceiling fan I have found and the finish is well painted.***Again, just don't ever lose that remote!!!

I bought this for my son's bedroom! He is in a loft bed and I needed a fan that has shorter blades but still powerful to produce some breeze. This is perfect! And it comes with a remote! Super happy mom (and kiddo) here!

Puts out quite a bit of air, light is very bright like day light. And best of all easy peasy install.

The media could not be loaded. At the sale price, I'd buy this again. It's easy to install; light weight; works wonderfully; is quiet; and pushes air better than any usual home ceiling fan. My only mention, and I wouldn't call it a complaint, would be that the light is the-surface-of-the-sun bright, and not adjustable. I will be contacting the company to see if they have a softer light to use for my needs.

I was pretty frustrated over the large ceiling fans that I had at home for years. They would normally shake like crazy and sound pretty loud too.I was influenced by a close friend who installed one of these to their kitchen. Eventually I decided to buy one and install it to my living room.The ceiling in this home is short but this works really well overall compared to those old large bulky ones.It doesn't really sound loud at all and the controls are easy to understand. The timer helped me out in case I was mopping the floors and it wouldn't be on for too long. The light settings is nice as it has 3 light styles to the room. The fan is durable withinhow thick the plastic is (also very easy to wipe it clean with a cloth on the fan blades).Overall this helped switching from an uncomfortable bulky fan to a neat silent smaller one.

this small fan is fantastic! so much better than the large one that took its place. It circulates the air around the room, has 6 speeds, I only use #1 which cools the entire room without fail. The attached light is so bright, useful when you need it. I Will replace the two others I have with the same fan once they die out. I would highly recommend it .

We have installed two so far in the house. One in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. They may be small, but they can move air and really cool down the room. We ran the one in our bedroom for 2 weeks straight when the AC went out and it helped keep us cool in the 90-100 degree heat wave. They are quiet, remote is great and nice to have different light colors. Easy to install.

It's a great fan thus far. Runs good, moves air, has great options, plus, as I'm older, a great bright light with good choices of modes. I found it easy to install and like being able to put the blades on while on the ground. My only peeve, I ordered a white fan to fit the room and the remote is black, the elephant in the room. The remote should match the color of the fan like all I've purchased in the past.

The Fan works well and looks great. It would have been a five star rating if it had come with an installation and operation manual or at least a link to a video. As it was, it took an extra day to figure out what all the pieces were for and where they went. Most of them were not even used. I'm still working on the remote - about half the buttons appear to have no purpose.

Throws air both downwards and laterally, works better than most larger ceiling fans, great price, newer models allow different LED colours by pressing the light switch repeatedly on the remote. We've bought three of these to date. Cute, compact and quiet - also great price.
