this stuff is fantastic on chicken and also salmon, just a little bit of lime juice, dry your salmon, roll it in some olive oil, sprinkle a little ginger garlic and lightly brown sugar... heat some corn oil...(olive in the pan has a high burn rate be careful) .. i use corn oil and heat the pan for about six min on med high,, bout a number 5 then drop the salmon and throw on a lid,, two minutes per side, pan blackens perfect every time... i cud make this stuff with my eyes closed... anyways its great stuff, i had three huge containers of it and love it..

This is a delicious, versatile seasoning. It goes well on meat, fish, veggies, potatoes, egg dishes - you name it. I used to get it at Costco for a what seemed like a steal. Now they no longer carry it, & suddenly the price gougers have come out of the woodwork. Third-party sellers on Amazon & eBay are the worst, selling it for 3-4 X as much. Of course, Costco's a discount store, but come on! For now Amazon Prime is the "least greedy" at a mere double the Costco price!

Just suits our palates for spicing up roasted veggies
