Update: I reported the issue to customer service and they replied promptly. They are replacing the defective product and my daughter is looking forward to using this microphone as it was a really fun product before the beeping started. Fingers crossed that the new one will work. Many thanks to the company for responding so promptly and helping with this issue.**************I purchased this microphone for a gift for my 6 year old daughter. Unfortunately I purchased it in advance and didn't open it right away because it was for her birthday, so we can't even return the defective product. The microphone was great for about 10 minutes after which it started beeping with a horribly loud beep much like a fire alarm. There is no indication as to why it beeps and seems to be no fix for this. This really is a disappointment as it was absolutely loved by my daughter for the 10 minutes it worked for.

I have been looking for MONTHS for a microphone for my friends daughter. The first one was a bust and we did not want anything that had to plug in. THEN I found this. HUGE hit and was perfect. They can plug in to a device if wanted but it does not have to be. The LEDs and echo feature are a great feature too.

Perfect for my 2.5yo princess. She loves it and it works great! They have different colored lights, you can lower the volume and you can use an echo feature! That’s all I’ve discovered so far but I haven’t looked too much yet.

This mic is amazing, especially for the price. I got tired of buying my daughter those plastic Disney mics that would not last and are overpriced. I love the fact it tells you when it to charge it. It is very sturdy.

Connects easily and my grand daughter loves to sing and dance with it! The light show is fun and the sound is quite good. Great purchase.

My 6 yr old granddaughter became a rock star! Loved it. Easy to use.

Not as loud as you’d think for a microphone, and the Bluetooth music is really quiet. Ok for the price though.

My 11 year old niece loved this!! She is normally very hard to shop for. LED lights look awesome and the kids and adults had fun using this
