Great waders
Not to heavy and cling to your leg in the water.

Saturation leak on my boots at least 3" across/above boot line!
I wish I could give a 5. love the material and it's flex, boot size was perfect, but where the boot meets the material for the leg it seeps thru and if your in the water for a while your leg will get wet. Not a hole by any means, but you can tell when you get out of the water...the 3 inches above the boot is still dark from water saturation while everything else is dry. Bummed about that but otherwise the boot would be perfect. Hoping i can buy some waterproofing spray that will take care of it. R D'H. Note the darker part above boot line. that's where it saturates thru on my pair at least. Didn't want to pay shipping and handling back but if it's not with all the boots would really like a pair that worked at intended as then I'd give it 5 star.

Stayed dry crossing streams with waterline at or below my knees.
They did not leak but I am experienced with buying chest waders with sewn in boots like these hip waders and I immediately appied a bead of aquaseal to the boot seam and slightly to the wader seam perpendicular to the boot seam for added strength. I am only using these to cross a small stream and switch back to my warm Red Head Bone Dry boots on the otherside. Yes thos is a pain in the but when you have treestand on your back, but it was necessary to stay dry in cold weather.

They bury the Cabelas version
After using the Cabelas house-brand hip-waders (lug soled, cost @ $40-ish) for close to 10 years, I needed to replace them, only to find them back-ordered for months. I needed waders quickly, so went with these. I like them MUCH BETTER. The seams are leagues better, the fabric is lighter (which I like) and more comfortable. I wish I'd had these all along. I use mine for light duty, not wading around lots of brush or submerged sharp debris which might merit a heavier gague fabric wader. I am 6' 2", 190 lbs., and they fit over a pair of jeans or Carharts just fine. I would echo others rec's to order up a whole size. If you're a 1/2 size, do not be afraid to go up a size and a half - i.e. if you're a 10.5, don't order the 11 - go for the 12.
