the feel of this pillow was actually really nice and the cut out for the shoulder is great! But this pillow was just too soft for me. it compressed down to about only an inch of depth. it was just way too flat once i put my head on it. it needs a more solid core. there was little support in it. or maybe my head is just too heavy!

This does not provide enough support for side sleepers. I have to lay it on top of an existing older pillow to help lift it up. Perhaps my head is just too big or heavy for this pillow. I will keep it because I do not want to bother trying to return it during COVID times.

It’s great for my chronic left shoulder and neck pain from an injury over twenty years ago. I sleep on my right side and the curve part of the pillow fits perfectly . I am still amazed that I wake up now with no neck pain every morning!

The pillow stays cool and my head sinks into the pillow more then most memory foam pillows. I need to have another pillow or my hand/arm under it in order for it to offer enough support.

I bought this pillow to help stay cool with my hot flashes. Also because I was getting a stiff neck from other pillows. No more stiff neck, and it starts out very cool. Pillow does get warm eventually The price was very high and I couldn’t have afforded it but got a gift card from my brother that helped with the cost.
