Great quality easy to handle pieces. Bought for elderly parent with shaky hands and she is able to manage.

When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was that the puzzle was not in a plastic bag. That being said, the pieces did not appear to have been mishandled. However, upon completion, I found that a piece was missing. Though I purchased the puzzle in July, I went on vacation and did not begin working on the puzzle until this past weekend (8/29/20). Anyway, I'm not asking for a refund, but I would like this to be a warning about the seller. The puzzle itself, had it been complete, was a joy to solve because I dearly love the subject matter.

My mom loves to do puzzles and for years did 1,000 piece ones with no issues. In recent years, 1,000 pieces are becoming too complex for her so she's had to move to bigger sized pieces, as well as less of them. Found this puzzle, along with several others and gifted them to her this past Christmas because of the designs and larger pieces (It's hard to find 300 piece puzzles in the brick-and-mortar stores.) This puppy one was the first once she completed (in about 3 days) but realized there was 2 extra pieces! For a while, she thought she was putting the puzzle together incorrectly to have these extra pieces. But I reviewed the design of each and found them to be duplicate pieces. I guess this is better than MISSING pieces, but I do hope there's no one out there trying to put his/her puzzle together and not having these two pieces. She'll be doing the other puzzles over the next few weeks, so we'll see if this is an issue for this manufacturer or just a fluke. Other than that, she enjoyed working on this puzzle.

Thick sturdy quality. Vibrant colors, even better than the picture on the box. I have done many jigsaw puzzles. This is one of the best. There is a picture included inside box, but not really necessary with the large pieces.
