Terrible customer service
I received a faulty keystone pro 3. The fingerprint scanner didn't work and never has since I unboxed it. I've been emailing them for over a month now. Every time they tell me to turn it off and on and to update it to the latest firmware lol. I asked for a refund/replacement over a week ago but apparently they're waiting for confirmation from the logistics company. Lol this company is funny

Damaged inside parcel
Received package in mail after waiting a couple weeks to find the box the product came in looks like it was ran over by a D9 Loader. The product itself was damaged also as seen in the pictures

Eats batteries
Works good so far. Was easy to set up. This thing eats batteries for a living. I went through 8 aaa batteries during setup. Spend the extra cash and get the recharging option. Also make sure you have a micro sd card on hand for the software update

Misleading Advertisement
I was looking for a hardware wallet and found this. Looked like what I was wanting. Got it, opened it and found a couple of annoying surprises.Title Ad on Amazon specifically calls out the fingerprint scanner - even if you do not opt for Pro. But the basic does not include one. Additionally, it says that batteries are included - none were in my package.Ultimately, I like the device so far, I just worry a bit about what other "surprises" in going to find.

Came Tampered With From The Factory or Amazon
During setup, once the QR Code was read the device failed the Tamper Proof Test. It was unusable after that.
