One went out in under 6 hours of run time. The other appears to be fine after a few days of use. Will update later.
One of the bulbs went out in one day with minimal use. The other one is still going strong 3 days of use. Will update if anything else goes wrong.

Wonderful bulbs
Love these bulbs. They're so much brighter than the fluorescent bulbs I had before, plus they use far less energy. Very glad I made the switch.
