Q: The photos seem to show sleeves and length to be bit short ???

That's just the photo. I have this shirt, in this color, and the sleeves are exactly the same length as any other long sleeve shirt I own (and I'm 6'1" and ordered a large). The fit is pretty nice. Actually, the shirt is nice.

Q: How long is the shirt in size Medium?

Laid flat it the Medium is 27.5 inches from the top of the collar to the bottom hem.

Q: I’m 6’2” 245lbs , size 40 waste. I usually take XL. I like loose clothes. Is xl good or bigger?

XL will fit, but depending how loose you like your clothes, you'd probably be better off going a size up (XXL). I'm 6'1" and around 215 lbs and normally wear a Large in most shirts. I bought the large in this one too and it fits fine. It's definitely not loose, but it's not tight either. It's a decent shirt, and good for the price and runs true to size.

Q: What country is this manufactured in?

El Salvador I believe, at least royal blue one was.
