But it isn't really clearing me up like I would hope. I feel like I need to blow my brains out but with all the warnings about not "over-doing" it, I hesitate to go on with it. Perhaps I will get more results over a period of time - will see.

Very easy to use and clean. Definitely prompts removal of mucous from my lungs. Cannot compare it to other like devices since this is my first of this type. Satisfied so far, just have not had it long enough to judge durability.

The product literature says to relax this works much better and exhale completely and slowly makes the lungs vibrate this will loosen mucus

It's small enough to carry with you. It works.
