Q: Does the Pulley have a hole going through the diameter of the section where the groove is? I need to connect a rope so to speak

No, I don’t think there is a hole. I drilled through the pulley to mount it flat against a wooden disc and it drilled very easily, so you could probably make a hole where you need it

Q: what is the size of the setscrews? Length of setscrew and thread size?

Not sure without removing it but it comes with the screws and allen wrench. Hope that helps.
