HONEYSEWWalking Foot for Husqvarna Viking Groups 5, 6, 7, D, E, 215, 400

This foot did not fit my Viking machine, despite what the description said. (Viking 400, group 6). The screw that came with the machine is too short to hold it in place - I was able to rig it with a screw I found in my basement so I did get it to work. But the walking foot I received does not match the one in the photo when it comes to the way the guide fits into the back of the foot. The one I received has a slot on the back that the guide slides into, but it doesn't hold the guide firmly in place so it shifts while you are sewing - doesn't keep the lines even. I wound up marking my quilt with a water soluble pen and just straight stitching on the lines. It also comes directly from China so takes a while to arrive. The lesson I learned is to spend more up front for authentic parts - I ordered them today and will wait about a week for them to arrive from a warehouse in the US. Hope they work! (Bought a free motion presser foot on Amazon that also did not work with my machine despite the description saying it would.)

I purchased this for my Husqvarna Viking 500 and it fits and works beautifully.

This did not fit my Viking 6000 series. It actually fell apart.However, the SELLER refunded me in full which I appreciate being an honest seller.

Fits my Husqvarna Viking Opal perfectly. Without having to pay over $100 which is what Viking was asking for. Very pleased. I haven't used it much. Hope its last a good while.

Ordered this to use on my older sewing machine. Works great.

Although it fits my sewing machine, it just barely fits at all. It's cumbersome to load onto the machine and is extremely limited. I cannot do reverse sewing for making back stitches, and decorative stitches are out of the question.Additionally, not only does it not work well at all, it also makes my sewing machine struggle and makes it very, VERY LOUD! Not very useful, and definitely not a good match for my machine. I personally would NOT recommend it to anyone who wants to buy one. It's a cheap knock-off product made in China and the craftsmanship that went into it is very bad. If it actually worked well and as intended I would not be so harsh I would even be willing to put up with the noise.

Wouldve like more directions. But after youtube tutorials it works good.

It didn’t fit my Designer Ruby but it did fit my Husqvarna Rose machine. The needle was to close to the back of the foot and it was braking the thread. Not happy about that. Give it to my husband and he filed the back down and now I can use it on both machines.

Worked for a little while, but dropped some kind of black powder on my fabric. Then the needle, very close to the back, started to hit it once in a while, and more and more often.... piece of scrap!!

Didn't find the feeding working properly. Maybe the item had a defect.
