Ranger TDA42013 Mini Distress Ink Storage Tin

These tins are great for organizing the Tim Holtz mini ink pads. I have 6 and have all my mini ink pads in them. They are easy to store and easy to take with you to crops. Great product.

I've just gotten into stamping and I love the mini ink pads because they're so much simpler to store; however, I've had problems with the lids coming loose, so I was excited to find this storage tin. I ordrered two right off the bat and will be ordering more as my ink collection grows! These work with the mini Distress Ink pads and also work with the mini Hero Arts Shadow Inks. It holds 12 pads, which would be three of the mini ink sets and they're all in one layer, so with the little see-through window you know exactly which colors you've got without labeling or guessing. These seem very sturdy and well-made for what they are and they've got a built in plastic piece in the bottom so even if you don't have enough ink pads to fill the whole tin, they won't bump or wiggle around because each one is held in place by that plastic divider; that being said, it doesn't hamper getting the ink pads in or out and like I said, it works with my mini Hero Arts Shadow Inks too, which is a big plus (it may work with other square-shaped mini ink pads, I just don't have any other brands in my collection right now).

I resisted buying these for years because I figured I was an expert storage person and could easily figure out how to store my mini ink cubes without buying a branded product, especially one that held so few pads, but after years of the pads sliding around other storage containers, the lids sliding off, and me not being able to easily access them, I just caved and got these. I should have bought them sooner- they have a tiny footprint, are easy to use, keep the ink pads firmly sealed (I store mine upside down which works fine in these storage containers) and are easy to "stow" since they snap shut. I wish they snapped into one another, but that's not a big deal.

The tins work great, and hold all my inkpads easily. They open well, close well, and the inkpads sit well inside of them even with the foam pads stored under the inkpads. I feel $10 is a bit steep for a simple tin, but it's better than trying to store my inkpads in anything else.

Pensé que comprarlo era una exageración, habiendo tantos cajones, cajitas y latas disponibles, pero realmente funciona. su diseño te permite guardar las tintas distress mini y no se mueven ni se abren, además, es fácil de transportar y guardar, no se abre, así que puedes estar segur@ que no habrá desastres en tu bolso. ¡Bravo Tim Holtz, sigo siendo tu fan!

Tim Holtz non c è bisogno di presentarlo, chi è creativo lo conosce bene... A lui dobbiamo l invenzione dei distress ink, ovvero inchiostri colorati da usare come acquerelli oppure puri così, asciutti... Dopo che la passione avrà preso il sopravvento, avrete bisogno di mettere ordine tra i mille colori. Questa scatola è l ideale, 12 scompartimenti per altrettanti inchiostri, con finestrella trasparente per avere in un attimo il colpo d occhio, senza tirarli tutti fuori. Fantastico.
