These inserts will get the job done, however, they can be very difficult to remove from the flanges. I have the Spectra pump and flanges so the cone does not remove and you cannot push it out from the backside. I have the 16mm so even my smaller fingers cannot fit through the insert to pull and you don't want to pull on the thin membrane part of the insert either as you risk damaging it. I started to use nipple cream as a lubricant around the outside of the inserts so it could easily slip out of our flanges when we needed to wash them. There is a chance that the lubricant could have an affect on efficiency, but I use these with my manual lansinoh pump, as it has a removable cone and I can push the insert out from the back. I purchased a different insert to use with the Spectra flanges.

I ended up returning these because I got 2 different sizes to test and the others fit better. They are great quality and the ones I kept have worked great. Same brand so I would assume these would work great to for someone they fit.

These do not fit the 28 mm Paruu P10 pump as advertised, they are way too thick.

Not what I was expecting. Being a male wanted something that would project my pumped nipples. This is not it.

Fits Spectra 28 mm flange. Soft silicone. Easy to clean.

So comfortable, I had to get size 27mm though to fit the 16mm insert but I definitely recommend these!

These are too small for the 27/28mm silicone breast shields and fall out which is too bad as I was hoping they would work with my portable breast pump but they don't. So not only do the flange inserts not fit but I can't use my pump either.
