It says true to size. So it looks like they don’t go up to that size. 🤷♀️

Q: Is the sweater fleece lined?

No it is not. It does have a nice soft Inside but it is more like a thin sweatshirt material. I would not say heavy like fleece.

Q: Is this 100% cotton or is it a blend?

I'm not sure. I gave it as a gift but I think it is a blend.
