Q: What size are the bamboo lids?

They fit the wide mouth Mason jar.

Q: Where are these made?

Ball jars are made in the USA. Lids and straws are made in China.

Q: Can I put hot coffee in this?

I've put hot tea in it. I wouldn't suggest it because the glass gets so hot. Like I had to use a towel to hold it.
