This item is fine in and of itself. It's a basic wire mug rack. However, it didn't fit in the space I needed it for and you want me to pay $6.99 to ship it back to you? That's about half what I paid for it in the first place. I would have been happy to buy a different item from your company or exchange it for something that will work. Oh well. I will be better about looking for free returns in the future.

This shelf mount cup holder dose not fit large cups,and if you push it all the way to the back to the end of the shelf you have less room for cups. The only cups that will fit well, is rounded bottom small tea cups. coffee cups do not fit well , the larger the cup the less hooks you can use because the hooks are to close together. and the space that separates each row should be further apart,.the cup touch to closely together.

The hooks are not spaced far enough apart to hold reg size mugs. Will hold 4, not 6.

this added no space to our cabinet, does not fit standard sized coffee cups either. If you use standard sized cups, you only get half the hook usage.
