durable and exceptional door frame pull up bar
i got this over the other ones because of the material they use and the way it looks. It is made out of thick metal and does not move or wiggle as much as other pull up bars i have used. It is very thick metal tubes that are easy to install and click together. By itself, it weighs 10 pounds which is very surprising in a good way. It works very well on my door frame and I am happy. The build quality explains the 60$ tag but i got it for 52$ which i think it is worth it. It is engineered well with padding for the side of the doors and comes with extra grips to attach to the handles. Comes in 3 piece set so it is really easy to assemble. The black color makes it look very premium and it also comes with loop for you to attach cables that allow for stretching or even chest flies. It is very worth it and the only caveat i would say would be the inability to do custom grip. i am not that strong so the wide grip is very hard as i like to do it SLIGHTLY more narrow but it is fine. There is a support bar in the way and I cant complain as it forces me to do wider grip pull ups!

versatile and strong
I have tried these in the past and they work fine. This one however is a game changer. It allows for many different arm positions to hit different muscle groups and is designed so there is room between your hands and the door frame. Really well thought out design. it's sturdy and has pads that do a decent job at protecting the door frame. It also has a loop at the top to add resistance bands to. I have not tried ot use that and cannot speak to it but it's a nice touch. I would buy this brand again.

Solid, Versatile Bar – But Straps for Dips Are Awkward
The KAKICLAY Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar is a sturdy, well-built piece of equipment that offers a ton of versatility for home workouts. The multiple grip positions are great for targeting different muscle groups, and the bar fits securely in the door frame without damaging it.Setup was straightforward, and the overall construction feels solid and safe, even during intense workouts. I’ve used it for pull-ups, hanging leg raises, and resistance band work with no issues. My only complaint—and the reason for the 4 stars—is the included straps for dips. They’re a great idea in theory, but in practice they’re awkward to use. The setup feels unstable and takes some adjusting to get the positioning right. They work, but I wish they were more user-friendly or had clearer instructions.Bottom line: A great, space-saving pull-up bar for upper body workouts. Just be prepared for a bit of trial and error if you plan to use the dip straps regularly.

Study, stable, lots of options
This was a pain to assemble and I wish it came with better instructions, but that’s the worst I can say about it.It is strong. I had someone over 200 pounds try it and no issue. I will point out, it’s padded enough that even under that much weight it left no marks on the wall.I’ve used it for Australian rows, which granted it should be able to do given it comes with the handles for it, and it was perfectly stable for that.I like that you can do so many things with it with such a great variety of grips, all padded. It offers a lot of functionality and variety in such a small tool. For both push ups and pull ups it offers great stability. This is one of the more expensive models, but given the quality and options, I’d call it a great value.

Can't use it yet... yikes
I can't even do one pull-up. It's not the bar's fault, however. Assembly was easy, and I can mount and dismount it on the door frame with no problems. I just over-estimated my strength and under-estimated my weight when I bought it. I'll work on my strength with other exercises and hopefully get to the point to where I can use this bar. But right now... I can't even hang from it. lol To be clear, I like the bar and it's well-made.

Fantastic equipment
Only good things to say about this. Very strong but at the same time lite. No need to leave installed permanently because it takes just seconds to put up and take down. Very easy to assemble. The straps are included. Great.
