The case has nice grip but it doesn’t work well does not connect well

I have to say that the stacked cases are an awesome product. It's so nice to be able to slap on a battery and keep going. Often times, I don't even charge my phone directly and just use the battery for charging. That way, I don't have to set aside my phone when it gets low around the house or office; I just put a battery on. It's great for when you are on the go but it also works out well around the house.I was a little bothered that the second generation cases would not work with the first generation batteries. But I did find a work-around. If you have a second generation case, you can make it work with first generation batteries. All you have to do is place the first generation battery on the case like you normally would. Then, either touch the old battery to a charger or a new battery. It will start charging and you can remove it from the charger or battery and it will start charging from the first generation battery.My only complaint about this product is the type of plastic they used. It seems to be a porous material that picks up dirt and holds on to it. I have attached some pictures so you can see the difference between by cases (I have two - the second is for my work phone). I have had one for a little longer than the other and my personal phone gets used a lot more. You can see how the case has become dirty looking and I can't find anything that can get the stain off. I contacted the manufacturer but they weren't overly helpful. I feel this was a lack of good product testing on their part and hope they will fix this in future models.
