Great for the price, but......
Been using cheap HF, cam style bar clamps, forever. These are about the same price and quality, but have the multi plate style. Seem to work really well.but.....As another reviewer said, the blades are in upside down. No biggie. Took 5 min and flipped em.EDIT: After a week. Using on clean 1/2 black iron pipe. Even after sanding em shiny, can't move em easily. Hit the plates with a pencil grinder (not much) and seems to work well now.

Could work better
The holes bored for a 1/2" black iron pipe are too small. The clamps are very difficult to adjust for size. Probably never purchase any more.

Very bad pipe clamps!
Had a very bad experience with these cheap clamps! At first, because the item was heavy and very badly packaged, I received the box all busted. The clamps where scratched and corners where chipped. When I try to use them I found out that the sides of the clamps where not parallel to each others and some part casted all uneven and twisted.I had to switch them with better ones to avoid having the glued wooden boards bowed and ruin everything. Very cheaply made item and not smooth operation at all. The springs are very stiff and cheap. Customer service not helpful at all. I had to return the item even though was just good to be thrashed away. Buy cheap and buy twice! Absolutely not recommended and don't spend the time.

The price is cheap, the make is cheap
It took me over an hour to put these six clamps together. The inside of the rings are very roughly machined and I had to dremel out the rough edges to get them to slide on the pipes. On the other end, the red paint was sprayed into the threads. Two of my clamps are only holding on by half of the threads which is a little concerning. These are some of the cheaper clamps online and it shows in the quality.
