Update 2: (7/2/21)Its been almost 3 months since ordering this mattress. It has maintained it firmness. No sagging of any kind. No dips where you normally sleep. Mind you.... I live in a studio apartment and sometimes my hubby and I like watching tv from our bed, so to say this bed gets used more than normal is an understatement.... 😂My opinion stays the same....This mattress is well worth the money! I would definitely buy it again!!!!!👍😎😁Update:We are a month into sleeping on this mattress. It still keeping its shape, firm yet soft, its not sagging anywhere and we still sleep soundly. The only bad side... My hubby likes this mattress so much.... He hates getting out of bed for work in the morning and sleeps thru 3 alarms😂Update:Its been 2 weeks since we received out king size mattress. We added wooden slats under our mattress to prevent it from sagging thru the platform frame.Its been a real joy to sleep on. No complaints what so ever! I HIGHLY recommend this mattress.PS..... The only con I can find.... My hubby and I areMoving to the big Island of Hawaii this fall and wont be able to reorder this mattress and get it delivered when we move😥.Original Post:I wanted to wait a fewa couple of nights prior to posting this review in order to give full details on my experience. 1st.... The delivery was made 2 days after ordering and was handled with extreme care.My king sized mattress arrived undamaged.... A huge bonus😊.It took a few minutes to get itunboxed and unwrapped.... But once the plastic wrap came off it started to expand. I dont know if room temperature makes a difference or not but.... The temperature in my room was 68 and the mattress expanded quite nicely at this temperature. Within the 1st hour, it had expanded to 7".A trick I found useful during the expanding process was to make sure to line up the corners of the mattress with the corners of the mattress cover by shaking and stretching it so the bottom of the cover wasn't bunched up under the mattress as it expanded. I repeated this process periodically thru out the expansion process. It took 8 hours to reach 10". The following day it continued to expand to another 1" and this morning it reached its max height of 12".My husband and I slept on our mattress both nights. We found it to be very comfortable. It feels soft yet doesn't suck your body in.Normally I toss and turn all night long and wake up in pain, but that has changed with this mattress. I no longer wake up several times during the night nor do I toss/turn. I feel well rested and my back, knees and hips do not hurt anymore.If it helps....I'm a 55 year old woman that suffers from severe knee, lower back and hip pain continually. This mattress has made a huge difference and I am grateful I ordered this mattress.If anyone is undecided about getting this mattress due to its price tag or the fact its an off brand name..... Don't be.I took 2 hours to decide on which mattress I wanted. After reading 1000's of reviews on the many different memory foam mattresses listed on Amazon....I took a chance and am grateful I choose this on.To end this review.....Im not sure about other experiences nor about the few negative reviews listed here. The only thing I can say.....Be patient with the expanding process, adjust the mattress cover accordingly during the expansion process and make sure the temperature of the room/rv where you intend to keep it is above 65 degrees and it'll expand nicely.Additionally.....If you want comfy go with the thicker mattress. I purchased the 12" mattress in king size and am extremely happy with my purchase😊😍😎

There is fiber glass in this bed. I absolutely hate it. I'm allergic and I bought it because someone in the Q&A said there WASN'T ANY fiber glass in the bed. Not only am I allergic but the fiber glass is not advertised anywhere, instead, the bed is advertised as 100% foam. Why do they keep making these beds? I don't know. I know it's fire retardant but honestly, if my house is of fire, my bed would be the least of my worries. I hate this product, I'm returning it.

I researched--a lot--before deciding on a mattress, and I ultimately chose this one because I trusted the product description and the claims made by the company. What a mistake.First False Claim: The mattress claims to have a "cooling" foam on top. It absolutely DOES NOT. I scanned the mattress with a handheld thermometer after sleeping on it, and it registered 90 degreees F. That is FAR from "cooling." No wonder I toss and turn all night!Second False Claim: The mattress is 10 inches in height. Even after allowing my mattress to rise for the full 48 hours, it still has not risen to its full height, and the edges all remain sunken in, unlike the perfect 90-degree angles in the product photos.Third False Claim: The mattress claims to be comfortable. I upgraded to this from what i considered *the* most uncomfortable spring mattress I'd ever slept on, and now I'm starting to think this one is even worse. Despite a proper bed frame (that the product listing claims isn't even necessarry--yeah, right), I sink directly to the middle and the "memory foam" does not "bounce back" to its original shape like it's supposed to. This already feels like an old, worn mattress with no comfort or support whatsoever.Now, I'm stuck trying to determine a way to re-package a Full mattress so it will fit in a box for a return. Amazon chat's advice? "Bubble wrap it." Come On. I've reached out to the company, Snug Home, for their advice. I will update here if I receive an adequate response.

My matress came in and I opened it up set it on the floor and left it alone it’s been about 32 hours and the whole matress has decompressed like it should but there is still this bump in a corner and instead off looking like it going away it just keeps growing.

The mattress comes shipped in a box, I didn’t have any issues with the shipping, in fact it came a day early which was Great, because it gave me time to get rid of my old one. Also it comes rapped in a thick double layer of plastic, so you don’t have to worry about stuff getting on your mattress,should anything damage the box itself . The only draw back is that you need to give the mattress time to expand once you fully unpack it, which can take any where from 24 to 72 hours, according to the instructions , which is annoying in itself, but worth the wait, the bed is extremely comfortable!
