I had the green screen of death after about two hours. And they claim it’s an easy fix and I’ve followed YouTube videos on how to “fix” this nothing worked. This product is designed to make you use a program called disk genius. They include it. But then you hit a $70-$99 paywall to use the one feature (the last feature) needed to complete the repair. I’ve tried everything and but it’s made clear they are not even willing to try and replace it. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Was skeptical when I first started it 10 games out of 40 didn't work and of course these were 10 games I really wanted to play. However after studying the X pro I went in and changed emulators now EVERY GAME WORKS some do have issues lag, sound etc. but I have probably thus far tested and played a couple hundred games and almost every emulator and only had issues with about 5 so far... I wouldn't say that there is really 50,000 + games cause I do see doubles and repetitions on certain games However if I were to guess there are probably atleast 10,000 there maybe more but for the price and if you love retro games from the day it is more than worth it. I don't use the controllers that came with it cause they are not that good. I bought some $14 wireless controllers and they work well. NOTE: If you plan on tweaking ANYTHING on the settings you BETTER MAKE A CLONE OF THE MICRO SD CARD. That way if you mess things up and crash the program you will have a backup. OTHERWISE it will cost you $69.99 for a replacement card.

I am extremely disappointed in this product. I can't play a single game on this system because the controllers are totally screwed up. You have to know how to reprogram a controller just to be able to play any of the games. I don't know how to do this, so I can't play the games. Total waste of my money, I wish I would have never bought it.

What a horrible product. It’s Ben thrown together without any thought what so ever. Controllers are poor, cheap and have wrong mapping. Frustration levels. Are off the charts constant controller button mapping issues based on what game your playing and you can not quit anything and have to reboot the console to play something different. I was hoping for nostalgia and all I got was frustration and disappointment. Highly DON’T RECOMMEND

I was hestiant before buying this given some of the other reviews. After playing it for a few hours I find it to be amazing! Everything i've played so far has worked great. No issues whatsoever. I didn't have to hack into the system or do anything to get any of my games working. SO far i've mostly played PS1 games and SNES games.Controllers seem good. It's an old PS1 type controller, and yes the typical X button actually has an A on it...but if you can look past that very minor cosmetic detail youre totally fine! Some reviewers have bashed the controller, but honestly I have a very expensive SteelSeries Stratus bluetooth controller and i'd rather use the free one. It's great.
