Was very happy with my scale until the cover fell off. I’ve since glued it back on and haven’t had problems but would have been happier if it hadn’t come apart at all. However the scale itself works great and wish I had bought one sooner!

After first couple uses metal face came off. Tried gluing with super glue - it worked, but messed up display. As for function, it gives slightly different reading for the same luggage., so you have to use average weight.

Haven't used on a packed suitcase yet but checked weight limits against Weight of suitcase empty and it was .25 with in range. I will update review after major use for reliability and durability.

After the first use, the metal panel went off, suprisingly, and the metal hook almost got off the band, cutting it in the middle. The scale is working though...

It's an OK scale. The top metal part fell off after a few uses, didn't really matter so much though. The thing that is really important was that the weight was wrong, dunno if I was using it wrong or something, but when I weighed it at the airport the weight was like 2lbs different.

Great product and was accurate for weighting luggage. Was a bit confusing at first on how to change the scale from kg to lbs, but is easy. All you have to do as soon as the scale comes on, that is when you change it, not after it already goes to the weigh method.

This scale is very easy to use and lightweight. I tested the scale by weighing several bags with different weights and it was accurate. The digital screen lights up, making it easier to see. The battery is also included. I find it so annoying when products dont include batteries. The strap is very sturdy as well.

I like it, a little bit hard to keep it attached easily to the bag, it sometimes fell while lifting
