When you press the lock button does the blade flip out automatically with like a spring or something?

The pushbutton allows the blade to open or close; nice satisfying 'click' as it locks in place. It locks open and locks closed. Not an automatic, not a switchblade, not spring-loaded blade. Once your fingers learn where the button is located, it is so lightweight, I can flip this open as quickly as my OTF stiletto or Boker automatic. Very high quality tool!
