I am very happy with this knife set. I read many many reviews of different knife sets and this one really stuck out from all the positive reviews from other people. I am definitely happy that I read the reviews and agree with all the other posts about how great this knife set really is. It is made of quality wood and stainless steel. You feel the quality the minute to slice into something. I tested out nearly every knife so far and was really amazed by the difference between my past knife sets and this one.

This set of knives are well constructed with high quality materials. Each knife comes with a separate protective cover, both knives and the packaging looks gorgeous. The blades are sharp enough to cut nicely, the pattern on those blades are good looking as well. Very nice choice in this price, highly recommended.

The knives seem to hold an edge ok, need to run it across a steel to keep it that way, but thats normal. What wasnt normal was the fact that the most important knife to me, the chef knife, is bent. Im not going through hell with the returning of it, Im just not gonna buy it again. Wish it weren't jacked up, but at least the serrated knife is workin for me.

This set of knives looks beautiful, with smooth arcs, comfortable handles, a certain weight, and texture when used. But the texture of the blade is not as deep as in the picture. Very sharp. I use it to cut beef very easily. I like it very much.

These knives are beautiful. Absolutely wonderful to cut with. Sharp as can be. However that is where the hood ends. They are NOT a full tang blade. They sure look like it. They are epoxied to a thread rod that is 3/32.On my third use the second from the smallest blade broke just in back of the bolster. The knife just fell apart in my hands. I was cutting CHEESE. Nothing hard, not bones, not squash, not a pumpkin, just cheese. The blade twisted and came back at my hand nearly missing my thumb.I’m not even wasting time with asking for a replacement, they are just being sent back. What a shame, I had such high hopes.
