Q: How do I mount this to a tripod

It has a quarter twenty mounting hole just like your camera. I mount the removable plate from my tripod to the base of the jib voila.

Q: Can the mount be flipped? Looking to hang a ronin M.

I will say it can. Measurements show the front mount will fit upside down. You will have to have a bit of mechanical ingenuity. You will have to remove the four fasteners, two on either side of each carbon fiber tube. After you remove the fasteners and pull the front mount section away, the sealed bearings and washers fall out. (I've done it) It is a little tricky getting the hardware back into place but you can do it.

Q: Can can the head tilt up and down while raising the jib or lowering it? is it possible.

You can tilt the front mount up or down by changing the length of the top the or bottom carbon fiber tube extension. It will hold that angle as you raise or lower the boom. Unfortunately, you cannot make the up/down radius of the tilt change as you move the boom up/down.

Q: Will this fit a bmpcc 4k?

It will fit a bmpcc4k. That's what we use it with. Be prepared to counter-weight it at full extension as the bmpcc4k is on the heavy side.
