This book is chock full of useful practical knowledge about conversing. Which is a skill that anyone who can talk should have. I think everyone can benefit from this type of knowledge and should own a copy of this book. More than great value for the money. Easily one of my favorite books. It's about using improv comedy techniques that are also useful in conversation

I had high hopes for this book, but when I received I realized it was a waste of money, in my opinion. The binding was terrible, pages were not even cut straight. Content was not useful to me at all.
