Q: Will the paper smudge if ink pad stamp is used?

No it will not. I had kids decorate these bags with markers, stamp pads and all kinds of medium with no smudging at all. I highly recommend this product.

Q: can you use markers to color these bags without it bleeding through or smudging?

These are a good medium-weight bag. I cannot guarantee a nice juicy Sharpee marker won’t seep through, but a Crayola probably would not.

The bag is 8 x 10. the handle is itself a 4 inch loop above that.
