Setup was ok aside from company having several apps to figure which is for your camera. UI is meh. Cam quality is decent. System is paywalled thru the roof for features that should already be included. Viewing on more than one phone and even split screen for 2 or more cameras will set you back $100 a year on a system thats already $200. Better options to be had.

There isn't a lot I "like" about this monitor. The battery seems to be decent?1) The magnetic mount isn't strong enough to hold the camera in position, it constantly slides down, so 2 hours after our daughter goes to bed, you can no longer see her because the camera slowly drops. Maybe I can zip tie it or use super glue to get it to hold? 2) The night vision is terrible... maybe if the camera was just a couple feet away it would be better, but from 9 feet away it starts our blurry and gets worse the more you zoom in. The picture is okay with the lights on at least, but we don't need the monitor then. 3) The monitor cannot be turned off when it's plugged in. It automatically turns itself on after about a minute, with no one in the room, no one else at home. By the end of the day, the monitor is very hot, because it's been on all day. Yes, there is a power off button, but the unit turns itself on constantly. 4) You cannot change much on the monitor. Motion/ sound activation cannot be controlled outside of the app, and even then, it's not great. The monitor is not easy to navigate, you have to just press the buttons to see what they do, there was no manual explaining how to use it or what it can do. 5) The app is just "okay." At least you can see the room remotely. It was difficult to set up because the QR code just wouldn't work. Then the wifi Connect kept failing over and over again. After 8-9 tries of literally doing the exact same thing again and again, the wifi set up finally worked.I definitely would NOT buy this again. We were excited to get it and get it set up, loved the idea of 2 cameras. We never even tried setting the 2nd camera up. Its just not worth the money.

I have 0 good things to say about this. From no instructions in the box for the monitor to the app that literally never works. Nothing is intuitive like other baby monitors we have used. One night we woke up to music blasting in our babies room and waking her up, somehow the camera mic decided to just play music on the loudest setting and I could not figure out how to turn it off. I ended up unplugging the camera. Have been talking to support about trying to get it to work on the app, since that is a huge reason why I went with this monitor, and all they can tell me is to unplug it and update firmware. It only took a week and a half to get the app to want to update the firmware and 5 minutes after that the camera started showing offline again. Super disappointing. Save your 200 bucks and get a brand that actually works.

Idk where to start. For $200 you expect at least something user friendly. The controls make no sense. Also the biggest thing was the camera stand is a magnet and with time it slides so within an hour it's slouching and no longer where u had it pointing. I guess if u were to use it standing up it would work better but how can u use it standing up for a crib? Poor design. Third and last the monitor battery is crap. Lasted like 10 min has to stay plugged in. Returning this item for sure. I should have listened to the one review I saw that said the exact thing about the magnet.

This baby monitor is one of my favorite. In the past I abandon baby monitors and began going with security cameras because I could not find monitors with good quality that lasted. I did enjoy how with a security camera I was able to view the camera from my smart phone. This camera has a monitor which is great because then you do not have your phone occupied with the video stream but also gives you the option to view from a smart device. Camera is easy to use aside from a few hiccups with setup. Instructions were not as clear as they could be. The only downside is that the camera has AMAZING video quality and when I view the video from my phone I see that, it's literally crystal clear. But the monitor has a lower quality screen, it's not bad but noticeably lower in quality. That's really my only letdown. If they made the monitor to display the same video quality captured by the camera this would be the perfect baby monitor.
