Will this round over #9 or #12 solid brass rivets?

I used it to install tubular brake lining rivets. Worked pretty well, though took a lot of wrist strength. I am skeptical that it would work for solid rivets. If I were you I'd get the kind of rivet setter you use a hammer with.
