I had ordered a different brand, that arrived damaged. Sent then back, and the replacements arrived damaged. Got a refund and ordered these. These arrived in a much thicker box with better padding, with no damage. These are brighter than the LED tubes from a different manufacturer they replaced, and will hopefully last longer.

Have you tried to buy a fluorescent 8ft single pin tube at the big box stores!???? $25 for 2 bulbs! What the hell happened?! Thanks Brandon! Ok next best thing, delete the transformer and install led bulbs. Super bright, let see how long they last!

I have a wood shop and I decided to upgrade my florescent tubes to LED. I bought the 10 pack.. Installation was easy, I was happy to eliminate the ballasts and all the wires that go with it. The Kelvin temp on these LED''s is a much cooler white than the 4000K bulbs I had, which is a more natural white..I'm OK with the color temp, but since the tubes have no diffuser, they are very bright and can be hard on the eyes.. I'll be look into adding a diffuser if they're available.I don't know what the longevity of these are, hopefully they'll last at least 5 years, I like the 3 year replacement warranty, hopefully I wont have to use it.. Overall, I'm quite happy.

As an electrical contractor, this was easy to install bypassing the ballast. So far one went out after 3 days. I don't know what gonna happen to the other 9

I have a 24x40 garage and use 10, 8’ florescent fixtures (2 bulbs each) which are on two switched circuits. Four on one switch and six on another. Well, I’ve had a few bulbs that have been burnt out for some time now and had no replacements on hand so I decided to replace them with LEDs. I ordered 10 of these LED replacements lights and they came in two days. While waiting for them to be shipped I rewired the fixtures according to the instructions/pic on the web site ( I ended up taking out the ballast altogether). This was relatively simple. I’m not an electrician but I’m somewhat knowledgeable about electrical wiring. If you have no clue about electrical wireing you should probably hire an electrician or find someone who knows about wiring. The ten lights came the next day and I was ready to install. I use 8 of the ten lights to complete the 4 fixture circuit. Once I put them in and flipped the switch, WOW, incredible. I love these lights and think they are awesome. These four fixtures (8 lights) are brighter the all 10 fixtures (20 bulbs) of the old florescent bulbs. The very next day I ordered another 10 Of these LED lights to finish up replacing all of the old florescent bulbs. I never have to turn on all of the lights at once unless I am working on something very intricate.The only very slight negative thing I found about these lights is that they do bow ever so slightly over the 8’ span, but I don’t feel it’s necessary to put a clip in the middle of the light like some people have suggested on-line. I would highly recommend these lights and would buy them again in a second , as long as they keep working the way they are now. But it’s only been about two months now since installing them.

They are bright but do not last, 2 of them 50% of the tube was out in a month or less one, the light may come on in an hour or it may not. 2 I have not used yet so I don't know about them.I will not buy them again.Update 11/18/2022LIGHEART e-mail me about the problems I had with theses tubes and ask that I send them photos of them and it turns out the ones I was having problems with are not LIGHEART's light tubes, I was shock that 1 someone got back to me and 2 that the ones I was having problems with did not come from them, So I have changed it from 1 star to 5 stars and I will buy them again.Sorry LIGHEART and thanks for getting back to me.

I didn't even know 8' LED light tubes were available. Much to my pleasure I was able to find these single pin tubes which fit in my existing fixtures. While waiting on delivery (which wasn't too long) I was able to go ahead and modify my fixtures in anticipation of installing the new LED tubes. It was a simple process to remove the energy hungry ballasts and wire up the direct 110 volt wires. As my old eight footers one by one went dark, I knew my garage was getting some poor lighting, but I had no idea what a difference good lights would make. To say I am satisfied is an understatement. My new lights are the next best thing to walking outside in the bright sunlight. What a huge difference. Way better than when all my old fluorescent bulbs worked! I was a little apprehensive about how they would ship eight foot long tubes in a way that they would not get damaged. Well, again, they nailed it. The box used for shipping was cardboard, but of a type I had not seen before. The box was just shy of being like a rigid wooden box. The new tubes had fitted Styrofoam around them and arrived in perfect condition. If you can't tell, I love these things and give them my highest recommendation.

These LEDs are perfect for my workshop--bright but not glaring white--and easy to install. I directly wired them after removing ballast so I could reuse the existing fixtures. The reason for only 4 stars due to shipping. The box they came in arrived broken and two of the six lamps were damaged. I've returned the damaged lamps and the company has agreed to send new ones. They've only been in for a week so I have no way to gauge their longevity yet. Otherwise they provide great light.
