Nice! 3 settings of brightness. The remote control is easy to use when taking pictures from far away. I wish that this stand could work when I normally use my phone vertically standing during my family video calls.

This selfie stick w/ ring light is the best one I’ve tried thus far. Actually, I’d say the bus stops here, unless I ever need another again in the future. I’d go for this one again. I’m sure it will last quite a long time though.We’ve been through numerous ring light tripods for You Tube, Tik Tok and other social media uses, and most have literally fallen short. Basically, just fallen!They never held my phone sturdy, in place. It would move and then bend downwards, making it pretty much unusable, minus the light, but I already have a professional right light for big You Tube family videos. I wanted a portable phone tripod, with a small ring light, that I was able to use easily, let my kids use without worry, due to the high cost of the other, and one that would travel along with us. Though not perfection, this one is pretty great!It holds our phones, with pretty much no problem, which was never the case with the others.. they all fell down, even our smaller iPhones, but since I have the new 12 pro max, the biggest of the phones, i was out as far as these products were concerned. Well.. until now.It does buckle on mine a bit with the case on. But much less than the others have. I took off the case, and it did make a real difference, so while I’d love to be able to keep the case on, it’s much better for me then not being able to use it at all! So that’s the brightest side vs. other models that couldn’t take the weight of even our older iPhones. This isn’t as cheaply made as those, in fact, it is quite good with the quality, as far as I can see.I like this type of ring light because it’s easy to take on the go, it provides ample, up close and personal lighting for what we are using this for, aside from our broader, full-family blogging light that cost way, way more.. so this is fabulous, and also doubles as a selfie stick to boot! Need a boost of light in the dark to take a family photo or a selfie? With this selfie stick with ring light- you got it! It’s not bulky at all! A big plus!The price fits the bill, and I think was cheaper than the ones that didn’t hold up to the tiniest of our phones, basically rendering them useless. This gives me a little light to look a tad younger and ‘prettier’ by taking away some facial shadows and fine lines. Didn’t need any help back in the day, but at 45 now, it doesn’t hurt, and the whole family could use it. It’s great for all the apps that kids love to use too. Snapchat, Tik Tok, friend meeting sites, Instagram and more!Compared to the others, this is WAY more sturdy, multi-functional, and easy to travel with. If I could leave my phone case on and be fully secure, I’d give it a perfect rating. It’s a bit of a pain, but you should fair just fine with any lighter model of phone, or this phone without a bulky otterbox case, which is what I have now.An overall win! I’d also, surely gift this to a friend who likes taking selfies or makes videos too. It’s worth the price. I’d like to give it 4.25 stars, but since I can’t, 4 stars is still a very excellent score for this reviewer! I DO recommend!

The very first time I tried to place my iPhone in the adapter/holder, a piece snapped off. I exchanged the item for a new one, and of course, the same exact thing happened. Its hard to get the phone into the spring-loaded adapter without one of the pieces flying off. After putting it back on several times, the plastic fittings broke.
