I work in a correctional facility. We have tile floors and very heavy swinging doors. Sometimes, these doors have to be propped open for whatever reason. We've tried multiple types of doorstop and none of them would work; the doors would just push them across the floor. So, staff started propping the doors open by wedging things at the back edge of the door. Which then screwed up the hinges. Which then cost ALOT of money to fix. I googled doorstops and found these. Bought a 6-pack because the price was low enough that if they didn't work, it wasn't a big deal.These things work like a champ. Slide one under the door, give it a little tap with your foot and you're good to go. No matter the weight of the door or how slick the floor is, they'll hold. Our maintenance guy was so impressed he asked me where I got them. He said he'd buy another set for the rest of our doors. We love these things. Best doorstop ever.**6 month update**STILL the best door-stop ever. They have held up to abuse and still stop doors. I bought another 6-pack.

We bought this for my son's dorm. I like that it has a little holder that attached to the door

What I like about it:* They look nice (personally, I like the color grey). Rubbery.* It comes with mounting sticky pad and a plastic thingy to store door stopper (I haven't use it).What I am not so fond of:* Having to use more than one by stacking them. This is a nice feature, however, I bought the 3 thinking I could use them separately. I didn't think they were that thin.* They definitely slide on tile floor (that is the floor that I have) carpet might work better. My door is about 1.5 inches high off the floor just so you can have an idea.Overall, I am happy with them, but not what I had expected to work for me. I may or may not glue (or other method) one on top of each other so that they stay put and I can easily slide under door without having to place two together (stack them) before. I don't like having to take that time, I just want to be able to open my front door open and slide the door stopper. Same thing with my bathroom door. It tends to close by itself and we like to use a door stopper there as well and its annoying having to take the time to stack two door stoppers together to keep the door open or to even close the door and the door stoppers falling off each other. My other issue is finding a solution for the door stoppers not to slide completely (remember I have tile floors). Specially with my main front door since its a heavier door.I can’t remember how long I’ve had them (maybe a year) but I still have them and I will make them work. As I mentioned they look nice (nice soft quality).Customer service has reached out to me and has been great in listening to me as a customer and that is something to definitely appreciate. And, for that and for striving to make a good product I have to give them 5 stars instead of four.

Very cool door stops. Really glad I got them. They stay where you put them on carpet. We have 1 door with a larger gap that does require that we put 2 of the stops together in order for them to stay in. So it was nice to be able to use the same door stops for both situations. The little holders that you can stick to the door so you can find the stopper that goes with a specific door was genius. Keeps us from constantly looking for a door stop when we need one. Lastly, they include some little signs to hang over your door knobs saying "Keep Door Open" or "Keep Door Closed", which I didn't know I needed, but now I find they are very useful if I'm making phone calls in my office and don't want to be disturbed. Great product! They seem to have put a lot of thought into them.

I bought these for the door to my coat closet, where I've got a litterbox. I need to keep the closet accessible for the cats without the door being wide open for all to see (and smell) that business being conducted. This door is a little higher off the ground so I hoped putting two of these together as advertised would do the trick. It does, kind of. It seems like I'm having to stop and set it up again where I want it to be several times a day. Maybe with a few tweaks I can make it work. But putting them together was very easy, and the design seems like if you're using one at a time it works keep a door open very well.

Who knew I could be so impressed by a simple doorstop? These are really nice and very effective. I love the thought they put into this product, with the ability to combine two to form a larger stopper for doors with very tall gaps, as well as mountable holders to store the stopper on the wall or the door itself when it's not being used. They kind of thought of everything. They are well formed, sturdy, and tacky, holding in place nicely without sliding. They are a bit larger than a typical wedge doorstop, but that's also part of what makes them more effective. If I were dorky enough to have a dream doorstop, this would be it. Ok, so maybe I am that dorky.
