Takes CR2 battery, not CR123 as listing states
Received the FQ330C and opened the box. The product description said that it used a CR123 size battery. It does not. It is a CR2. Not a deal breaker, but I am trying to consolidate my lights so I don't need a different battery for every type of light I have. Works fine out of the box. I will write a longer review if I decide to keep itUpdate 01/07/2017: I tried to upload a video yesterday, but I don't see it. Perhaps it was too long. I own a Surefire X300, and a Streamlight TLR3. I use the TLR3 on my "outdoor" gun that I take camping, hiking and fishing. I have another use for the TLR 3 now, and I wanted a budget light for outdoor use. It is not for my primary self-defense gun. The good: it is bright, and build quality is decent for a budget light. The bad is that there is sloppy fit on the Picatinny rails. It fit reasonably well on my Glock 22, and S&W SD9VE9mm. On my compact pistols, for which a compact light is needed, XDS, PF9, SR22, PX4 Compact, the fit was very loose with up and down and left to right movement. You could likely tighten it up with some modifications, perhaps as simple as some duct (duck) tape on the edge of the rail. Being made of aluminium, I likely could squeeze the rails slightly for a better fit. At about 1/2 the cost of a TLR 3, that is not a huge negative. But, this one is the new version and is almost twice as expensive as the old version (150 lumens vs. 330 lumens). If I am going to experiment, I would prefer to use the less expensive light. I will be sending this back to Amazon for a refund, as I would prefer a light to run off of CR123s and not a CR2.

Perfect for Glock 21
Put this on my Glock 21. If I hear any bumps in the night I’ll be bumping back with a vengeance.

UPDATED ... Did not work properly out of the box + I have to pay to ship back to them
UPDATE : They will accept return I get to pay postage to return their defective device ...Switch bad - I assume - tested their battery and OK - tried theirs and my batteries - would come on once and only dimly - but tried numerous times and when you tightened the light assembly down to the battery unit - would not function. Plus did wobble on the rail - if had worked would have kept. But do not feel you could would should rely on this in an emergency.
