Poor quality.
Poor quality snow brush. Feels very cheap, and a lot of aluminium with no reinforcement which most likely will result in a short lifespan. The brush itself feels hard and I'm afraid that it will damage the car paint. I guess the only use for it would be a window snow removal, but its a very limited use of a snow brush. Also,the brush doesn't stay in an open position due to a poor quality locking system.The ice scraper looks and feels durable, hence 2 star and not 1. Overall poor quality, and probably will be enough for only few uses.

Good brush
I like the snow brush. Important thing is to READ the pdf/directions they send you! It explains the curved bristles will straighten out. I was sad when I had unboxed it seeing the bristles like that. I was also fumbling around trying to figure out how to extend the brush. I do like the extra length especially clearing off snow on a SUV. Only gripe is instructions should be in the box.

Sturdy, expandable and good company support
Sturdy, expandable and good company support. Couldn't figure out how to expand it and company answered my email in record time. You need to just pull it apart and it requires a bit of force the first time or two. There is tab behind the brush you push down on to retract length. The scrapper is sharp and sturdy for plastic. It feels properly weighted in hand for comfortable use.

great snow brush and it telescopes to get the roof.
I have several of Blizetec's products and I love them all. This is no exception, well built and I love that it telescopes out.Although with the warm winter here I have not had a chance to use it, it is built for long use.I recommend anything by this company.

Spend a bit more to get a better brush
This set feels cheap. When I removed the brush from the box, all the bristles were permanently swayed to one side (instead of looking like a new toothbrush, it looked like a used one). I would have given it 1 star if it wasn't for the microfiber cloth that was included.It's nice that this brush is telescopic, but it doesn't feel like a solid brush. I am disappointed with this product.

Nice brush with good utility
I like the product, it is compact and is nicely built. It fits nicely in the front of the car right by the door and when extended, I can do most of my SUV without going to the opposite side. The microfiber cloth is handy as well. The product packaging did bend some of the bristles but was minor - the brush seems to work without issue. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money for this item. I ended up sending it back right when I received it. The $6 brush that doesn't extend sold on Amazon is much better quality. This one was just too flimsy.

Light weight and easy to use
Cleans the cars windows with ease during the snow storms. Having brush and a scraper on an extendable stick makes it easier for me to reach the top of the car as well.

Very good. I can finally reach the top of my SUV without stretching. But it fits nicely in the vehicle when collapsed.
