I ordered quantity: 2... Received both quickly, but one is 1 inch taller and has a different part number. The taller one works but had to fill the water an extra inch or two. I'll update my review depending on long term performance

A good filter! fit my tub.

The first arrived broken but Amazon replaced it promptly. (I do not subtract star for this, it can happen to any product though some cardboard packaging could protect it better)The second arrived fine but when i removed from the plastic cover, it had some kind of grease all over the plastic parts (and likely on the filter part too). It might be some treatment for the filter but it felt disgusting. I could not help but wipe thoroughly before installing it.Though this is listed as an identical replacement for my hot tub (Essential Arbor), it is smaller than the original and so this filter is totally submerged and struggling to capture floating debris (e.g. tiny leaves).The pleats are weak and stuck together easily when the pump is running (from day 1). After only a month or two it already looks worn and deformed and I'm considering to put the original back to avoid damage to the pump.Overall, this is a poor quality replacement and I will look for other alternatives.

For a couple of seasons I have been using in proper filters in my hot tub. I emailed Pleatco and requested help in locating a proper filter for my hot tub. A representative assisted me and now I finally have a proper filter and my hot tub is working great this season.I am very surprised at the quality of Pleatco replacement filter for the price. Great price, great quality and very sturdy.
