they include lots of parts – everything I needed for a factory look install - reused the OEM quick connects for ease of air box removal - email technical advise backed up what at first appeared to be a daunting DIY - ended up easy 💯👍 - after having several trips Miles Per Gallon increased 2% - doesn't sound like much but for me about $100 a year - ordered a curved 1/2” ID hose off Amazon to shorten the clean side line from the oil fill cap to the air box - also needed another 3/8 to 1/2 barb reducer since the kit only came with 2 which were used for the CAN IN line from the PCV and one of the CAN OUT lines to the engine vacuum - decided to put the can as high as practical in the unused extra battery space for a little easier access for emptying the can - used small hose clamps on everything - but I don’t think they are mandatory - not high pressure - I guess I just like hose clamps LOL - I wanted another fitting to make the install look better - Contacted the seller and Tommy send it right out – great service after the sale - Then I attach the clean side with a 90° half-inch hose which I purchased off Amazon - looks great

Installed this catch can system on my 2015 Chevy Silverado to protect the intake valves from coking and corrosion .If you have a direct injection or turbocharged engine you are doing yourself a big favor by installing one of these . The amount of contaminants that are introduced into the intake will surprise you , and these accumulate on your intake system and intake valves and eventually will cause issues . I bought my truck with ~20K miles , and when installing this I found plenty of oily residue in the throttle body and intake already . With this , those problems are eliminated .Installation was straightforward , and everything you need is included . I opted to install mine in a slightly different place than most others , but as long as you keep it vertical it can go just about anywhere in the engine compartment . The only thing I added were the #10 hose clamps at the check valves , because I wanted there to be no chance of a hose working itself free and causing a vacuum leak . One other thing I did was utilize the old fittings going into the intake plenum , because the 90 degree fittings made it look cleaner IMO . I am going to change the clean air separator hose routing to make it more of a clean run as well .
