MEDCENTERMEDCENTER Digital Sport Reminder Watch with 5 Alarms for Medication Reminders

This works perfectly for what I need, to remind me 4 times a day for medications. Other reviewers said it was hard to hear, but I can hear it.I have older ears and often can't hear high pitched beeps but this one is ok. I had taken it off and left it in the kitchen and I heard it in the bedroom, about 24 feet away.It beeps a nice long time before it turns off, or you can turn it off with the touch of any of it's buttons. Price was really reasonable. Once I figured out the instructions to set it, it was easy enough to do. The only thing that kept it from a 5 stars is I wish there had been a more feminine version. It's a little chunky for my taste.

This watch has worked well for me. I am using 3 of the 5 daily alarms - for a.m. meds, midday meds, and late afternoon meds. I did have to read the instructions to figure out how to program it, but the instructions were clear enough. My only real complaint is that there was some fogging beneath the lens when I swam with the watch. I'd say it's only water resistant for casual and accidental dunking. (The fogging resolved with several days in the sun - but that's why I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5).

It tells time. But that's about the extent of it's usefulness. I bought this as a gift for my young son who wanted multiple alarms.-After one week of wear, one of the buttons became nearly unresponsive. The one that allows you to set the time (the watch time, the alarm time, some reset features of the chron/stopwatch) has to be held for 30-60 seconds before it even responds. I thought the button wasn't even working, then discovered it was, when I tried ridiculous amounts of patience. It's not usable in this state. So all the extra features are practically useless.-The light up display is loud. Literally, I can hear a painfully high buzzing sound when my son presses the light button on his wrist. While I'm driving. While he is seated in the back seat of the car. While we're on the highway. And I drive a Honda, which is not a car known for blocking road noise. So, yeah, that light button is too dang loud.-On the stopwatch/chron, the milliseconds move slower than they should. The result is that each second (on the screen) lasts about 10-12 realtime seconds. So strange that the clock tells the time just fine, but not the stopwatch/chron.If only this hadn't been a gift from Santa, I could just buy him a different one. But now I'm stuck with the darn thing.

My husband has to clock in using his thumbprint, and he must take his breaks and lunch within two minutes of the scheduled time (clocking in and out each time). This watch comes with 5 alarms. This almost allows him to get through the day without forgetting to sign out or back in. (one more alarm and it would have been perfect for him). The display is nice and large, the buttons are easy to push but not so easy that normal wrist and hand motions would trigger them. So far so good.

At first, this was a great watch. I used the alarms frequently (not too quiet for me!) and all the different functions were great. However, after a year and a few months of owning this watch, the buttons have become very difficult to push and it has become almost impossible to reprogram because the buttons just don't want to work. If you need it for the short term, it will work great, but now I wish I had spent a little more money on a better watch because I need to buy a new one.

We purchased this item for its alarm capability for an older man who requires frequent and timely medication. However, his hearing is somewhat compromised (as with many older folks) but not to the extent that he requires a hearing aid or has any noticeable hearing problems with day to day living. Nevertheless, the alarm tone produced by this watch was completely inaudible to him. Even other, younger people with completely normal hearing had some difficulty hearing the alarm from any greater distance than within the same room. So, especially for the elderly who often have hearing loss, this watch is not the best tool for medical reminders.Also, even those of us who are used to programming household technology found the instructions confusing and the programming difficult to accomnplish.We were very disappointed with this product for the usage implied by its name: "MedCenter"

I need to take medication every 4 hours and found this watch. The price is great, the size is big for me as a female, but there are few choices with 4 alarms for women. The alarm is not really loud but works for me. I like the back light function. Setting the alarms took a bit of time, but once set it's done. I would love to see a smaller watch with a minimum of 4 alarms designed for women.

Pros:I have at least 4 tasks to perform at an exact time throughout the day. Easy to set each individual alarm. Easy to read large numerals. Has all of the other "sport watch" features as well.Cons: I've had two of these watches now (flimsy band comes apart), and neither could keep good time. The first one gained about 5 seconds per week, and now the second one loses about 5 seconds per week. Probably for most people no big deal.

Acheté pour rappeler la prise de médicaments. Une sixième sonnerie aurait été nécessaire pour remplir totalement la fonction.Réglage simple, alarme fiable. Cependant, il manque un réglage des sonneries. J'entends par là, un réglage du volume et de la fréquence du son, car problème : la personne âgée à qui était destiné la montre n'entend pas la sonnerie...
