My pain has reduced vs my Dr made orthotics....
So I am not of ideal weight and my feet are absolutely flat. (fallen arches, duck feet etc.). These seem to help however my right foots Achilles has a little strain from them since using. I fault this to my foot condition and not this product. I am able to move a little better and extremely less pain. I personally think the concept of these is to have some support on the arch and a lot of giving vs a stiff hard Dr made orthotic. I am going for a recasting on my orthotics since it has been 5 years and my feet have seriously changed but this does work well and may be better suited for people 250 lbs or less. The life on this product is supposed to be 3-6 months if you are active. I would like to see if they could design a version with the inner plastic arch support that is slightly a little thicker for heavier people. The bottom line this works better than any other over the counter support i have tried. Good job and I really hope you look into making a slightly thicker version of the arch support. Update 09/22/19. Well given the fact i have fallen arches and I am overweight this have since collapsed. I do think these are great for most people but not if your extra big.

I have awesome happy feet now!
Firstly, let me say that I was born with flat feet, and in having flat feet, like others that have this condition can tell you is that your feet get tired, sore, and downright stressed out a lot quicker than someone who doesn't. The weight distribution puts pressure in areas that probably shouldn't be. I bought these to put in my work shoes because recently my heels have been aching. I wanted something that have great support, as anyone can tell you, that your foot pain can get so painful that it can radiate into your back.... that's pain I don't need, as I do a lot of manual labor. Dr. Scholl' s is a good product, but I felt that they may have lost their vision in making feet happy and healthy. I wanted something different, something better, and something that have results. After looking at many products and reading reviews from countless others, I decided to "roll the dice" and try these samurai insoles. I received my package in the mail from Amazon, and read the instructions. After pulling out the factory inserts of my new balance size 15 shoes and placing these inside, it was ready to go....and do you know what happened? For the first time in a long time, I came home from an 8 hour day, walking approximately 10 miles (according to my fit bit) and I felt great, I felt I could probably have walked another 10, no problem. I've been wearing these for a little over a week now and still feel great. They're firm and thick, and cradle the heel, something that should be needed if you have flat feet. In short, if this helps you to make the decision of what insert you need to ease your pain and take your life back, then I urge you all to give these a try ... you'll be happy you did.

They're pretty good, but ...
I don't know about you, but I've been seeing tons and tons of 5 star reviews on products from "customers" who received the product for free or at a discount, in exchange for a "unbiased review."Funny how 99.9% of the time they are 5 star reviews - and all sound basically the same. It's like they cut and paste right from the manufacturers email you receive when you purchase them lol. Anyway, I automatically I take these unbiased **wink wink** reviews with a grain of salt.Don't get me wrong, these are a quality product and it definitely helped, to a degree, with alleviating my foot pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis. However, in my opinion these were no different from the $20, or $30 Powerstep orthotic inserts, of which I have used both the standard blue ones, and the burgundy pinnacle varieties.Again, and this is just my opinion (your results may differ lol), the best inserts I have used are the Foot Spa Pro ortho inserts. . I'm on my feet in work boots on cement floors for 8 hours a day. Up and down ladders, bending pipe - which you need to use foot pressure to do correctly - the Foot Spa Pro are the only inserts where my feet actually are not starting to hurt by the end of the day. They have the rigid arch for support just like the Powerstep and Samurai, but are extremely well cushioned where the other two are not.Like I stated,I've bought and used all three inserts: the Samurai inserts are good, but I found the Foot Spa inserts to be better.

Great product! Provides good support
I bought these for my husband and it helps him so much as he has flat feet and is on his feet all day at work! Love them and will continue to buy them!

These insoles saved my feet!
I ordered these insoles in March, to wear in my steel toes. They didn't start wearing down until OCTOBER! I had really bad plantar fasciitis in my right foot. It went away for the most part, with physical therapy, but I still had a lingering pain. I've tried soooo many different insoles, but never found enough support. I decided to get these, even though the price was a little bit up there. After wearing the Samurai Sumos, everyday, for about a month, the pain was gone!

Super-padding, not really super.
As stated above, super-padding is not really super.

Good for work boots but not enough arch support
Better than the red ones but still not enough arch support for me. Thicker for work boots but wasn't enough for me. Im over 200 lbs and work 12 hr shifts on concrete floors. Still worth a try if your feet aren't that bad or you weigh less. Would like to hear what a sumo wrestler thinks about them.

Comfortable
These improved the walking experience for my boots, I spend a lot of time on my feet and actually have two sets of day boots that I switch between. I used these in one set and left the original pads in the other and after a month bough a second set of these for those shoes. They are good, I've used better which had better arch support and a bit more padding but these are half the price of the others.
