Unique Knife for Cutting
We eat a lot of fish in our house and sushi is usually on the list as an appetizer as well. I have a lot of specific knives in our kitchen, but we do not have one dedicated to sushi. So when I saw this knife pop up in my feed, I decided to pull the trigger on it.The knife itself looks beautiful and unique which really draw me to it when I saw it in my feed. It is super super sharp, so be careful when handling it. It slices through fish like butter with little to no effort. The blade itself has a nice artistic design on it which really makes it stand out. Love it.
