I ordered this product based on the reviews. Received this product yesterday. I went to use it for the first time this morning. I took the jar's lid off removed the sealed jar cover and inside the jar about a 1/2 inch down, the cream is gone and there is a finger track in the cream. I would've thought that the jar would be filled almost to the top and without a finger track in it. I did use a small dab of it and I do feel it slightly on the skin. Will update on product. This is NOT Amazon's fault. Their Customer Service is greatContacted me and cared about their product. The cream works good enough

This stufd was thw best product ever! Saved my husband's back when he fell down the stairs. And has been helpful with many muscle strains. Now I cant find it anywhere and im so sad because its almost gone!! I hope it comes back because you hace a customer for life!

I purchased two jars -- one for my daughter and one for me; we've tried just about everything for our severe arthritis. This is the best product we've used, and it has a pleasant smell.I have arthritis in every joint of my body, and when I massage this into my knees, neck, etc. the pain is gone within seconds. Granted, it is not cheap, but sometimes you get what you pay for -- this is one of those times.

This pain reliever cream is easy to apply and also has a nice smell, not overwhelming. It has really helped my arthritis in my shoulder. I recommended this product to anyone with aches and pains. I do wish it was a little warmer.

I ordered this cream because I have neuropahy in my leg, I also so use it on a shoulder that I have a problem with sometimes. I use it at bed time or if I'm not going anywhere, because it does have a strong menthol smell. I really does help a lot. I would recommend this cream to family and friends.

I bought this cream because of the reviews. I can not believe how fantastic this cream works. I have arthritis in my hands and this is the first cream that actually works. I usually don't like strong smelling creams and this is very tolerable and I don't mind the smell. I love the warm feeling it gives and how deep it penetrates. I have just bought 2 more jars to keep with me at all times.

When I gave it a chance to seep in it started to relieve my pain. This was the purpose for my buying it.
