This was a great book with interesting / funny story line. My 6 year old who is in 1st grade, was able to read it all perfectly with just a few words he needed help with. Next, I will try a Level 3 book. Great illustrations.

This is a fun book to read with your little one because fox thinks he's clever, but clearly not clever enough as his practical jokes inevitably backfire on him. The rhyming is great for developing phonemic awareness, an understanding of letter sounds that helps a child learn to read.

I bought this for my 4-yar-old grandson who is learning to read. It's so funny and engaging, and he loves to read it both out loud and to himself. WAY better than the books I, or my kids, had available to read!

My 6 year old loves reading this book. Most of the words can be sounded out phonetically. She giggles through the whole thing, and her interest level keeps her wanting to read more.

It was easy for my first grader to read. It was funny and held his attention.

Funny book for a new reader

My 4 year old laughs out loud when I read him this book. I bought it for my 6 year old daughter to read, but he took it before she could get to it. One of his favorites!

Full of great rhyme and rhythm, this is such a hilarious story! Fantastic for every child learning to read! Fox thinks it's great fun to play a joke on Pig - but little does he know the joke is on him!

El libro llegó antes de lo previsto y en buen estado. Los materiales y la encuadernación son buenos. El contenido del cuento está genial. Es sencillo y gracioso. Con muchas palabras muy comunes para pequeños empezando a leer, y un par de palabras no tan comunes para crecer. Perfecto para mi hijo bilingue con 6 años.

I bought this for my grandson who is four years old. He liked it very much and because every page has few words to read and in big font, he was encourage to read it without loosing the interest to follow the story .

My 5 year old daughter loves this book and now picks it to read every night!
