easy way to take iron no after taste

Annoyed at this product- it’s meant to be apple flavoured but it tastes like pure vomit and consequently after 2 sprays I had to run to the sink to actually vomit. Disgusting. Just wanted to warn others.

I have been taking this for a week and seem to have better energy and mood. Worth a try :-)
