These are only the DRY ingredients. You get 1 pack of the dry powders pre-blended [pre-mixed] as described above with printed instructions. Usually make about 2-3 bath bombs. You will need your own wet materials to personalize them. You may make your bath bombs how ever you would like. My instructions are just optional or for you to use as a suggestion.
