4N Medium Natural Brown Permanent Hair Color Dye Kit (Color, Developer, Barrier Cream, Gloves, Cleaning Wipe, Shampoo and Conditioner) Radiant Color that Lasts up to 8 Weeks

I used this to save money because I can't order to go to a salon right now. My highlights were looking really brassy and weird and I was ready to go back to a more natural brown. I used the 4N medium natural brown. I think it worked pretty well. I only needed to cover the dye near the bottom of my hair but I went ahead and applied it to the roots as well to cover my silver hair. I didn't really like the scent but there's not much you can do about that with permanent hair dye. I think I should have left it on a bit longer because I can still slightly see some of the highlights underneath but overall I am pleased with the results and I don't blame the hair dye for that because it was me who should have left it on maybe about 10 minutes. Anyway I also had issues with the dye staining my skin. The wipes were not very helpful but that could also be on me because I should have wiped the excess dye off before it dried onto my skin. I am pleased with the color but my natural color is a very dark brown close to black it doesn't bother me. However if you are trying to avoid going too dark maybe pick a lighter shade.

I like everything except for the fact I bought chocolate and my hair went from light golden brown to black. I should have known! Once I saw the same active ingredient as Bigen the second time I order a chestnut brown they send me the black one. I only notice after i started applying. Now I look like I applied shoe polish. And my scalp is burning from their directions. 30 minute is too long. The packaging is on point tho

I ordered a 3N and 4N and both were missing tge shampoo and conditioner. I will probably use a different brand next time.

I've used this product many times. It's very good for the price but the last three orders were missing the shampoo and conditioner. I'm paying for a whole kit and those items are part of the experience. Because of this annoyance I recently I tried another brand -MR- and liked it even more. It may seem like a small thing but I'm glad it forced me to try a different brand. So if you don't mind being shorted an item advertised and paid for, then Better Natured is alright.

Bought this product many times & it always came with shampoo & conditioner. The picture on the listing shows shampoo & conditioner but both were missing from box.I do like the results but don't like them cutting back on what is included in my purchase, especially when it clearly shows shampoo & conditioner in the listing picture. The price is still the same but less products in the box.Next time will just buy color from Better Natured & get my developer from Sally's.

The color is awesome. I love that the set comes with all you need. The only thing I disliked was all the garbage in the box! Each item is literally wrapped in yards of crinkling cardboard that just takes up room in the trash can. These items aren’t fragile and it’s unnecessary waste. The box could be smaller if they eliminated all the trash.Edit: maybe someone at the company read the reviews about wasteful packaging? Last few orders have arrived with minimal packing material. Awesome!

I wanted a more natural dye and this one is great. I don’t feel an instant headache coming on. Color comes out nice, grey coverage good. The gloves included are good quality as well.

Absolutely no directions came with it 🤷🏻‍♀️
