These foot pads have been wonderful for my feet especially my left foot… A couple years ago I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and definitely needed more padding around my heel. I wear these pads with shoes and socks during the day and it really provides extra comfort for my heel especially when it’s in pain. The extra softness and cushion has made a huge difference in my heels! These are also great if you have cracked heels are really dry feet… You can put some lotion or cream on your feet and then put the foot pad on overnight and in the morning your feet are soft and feeling great! These are very easy to slip on and oh-so-comfortable! I got a fantastic fit, and I think given how stretchy it is, it will easily fit a wide range of sizes. I like that there are two color choices, and 4 pairs in the pack. My kids are surprisingly obsessed with them and want to play with them constantly for some reason, so I'd advise you to tuck them away somewhere right away if you have little kids!

I have needing something like this for a while. This is really comfortable to wear. The price was really affordable. The material is thick. I would recommend this to anyone.

I have been wearing these for about a week off and on. I had been experiencing extreme heel pain at the end of each day, and have always had dry/ cracked heels. While my heel pain has not been completely eliminated, it has been significantly minimized on days I have worn these heel cups. I have found they stay put best under socks. I always apply aquafor first and these hold moisture in nicely, which has helped with the heel dryness/cracks.

My experience may not be what others have had. I don’t think it’s doing what is advertised. Yes it’s soft but not durable. I had to keep adjusting while wearing. So I don’t think it is doing much for me
