Kintsugi is an interesting craft with an interesting backstory.
Oddly, I only usually give five star reviews in my Amazon review section. I'm reluctant to say anything bad about the kit because this is a difficult craft to learn and I'm sure that kintsugi artists of yore dealt with different materials when they did this. I love the look of it because things do look better broken and fixed, if repaired in such an artful way. The level of difficulty is high. Or probably, it's more likely me.

Functional
Her cat broke her mug that her baby bro made her. She was really upset cause the mug has a lot of meaning to it. So I bought this kit so she can put it back together. As she stated it will still hold it’s meaning despite the cup previously broken.

Nice epoxy and gold powder, but tricky to use.
I got this to repair a couple mugs I bought off Ebay which showed up smashed due to poor packing. With one I decided to mix in the gold powder and do it as proper kintsugi. It was green Irish pottery and looked like someone attacked it with gilded mustard. With the other, I skipped the gold dust and just used the epoxy as glue. I repaired a Delft tile with it with the gold and it looked okay, but then the tile's hanger came off and it smashed again. I ended up using the last of it as glue to make the hangers of my unbroken plates and tiles more secure. I'll be keeping the gold powder and paint brushes for other crafts and the putty for other repairs. The cardboard tray was a joke, but I found a clean lid from a small mustard jar made a decent tray to mix the epoxy in.

Work fast

Not quite realistic
Easy to use but the gold was more yellow

Not worth the Time or Money
The glue does not dry quickly on your project but dries extremely fast in the cardboard tray. I sat for over 15 minutes holding two pieces of my vase together and they did not stick together. I checked the glue in the tray and it was dry. I remixed the glue taking extra care to make sure I was getting equal parts product and applied the glue to the piece After hold for another 10 minutes and it still was not dry, I decided to tape the piece. Long story short my vase is more messed up than when I started. And it have been 48 hours, the glue is still sticky to the touch. Now I have to scrape tacky looking gold glitter glue off my still broken vase. Very disappointed.

The epoxy medium dried too quickly
I was trying to use it to paint the surface of the ceramic plate I was repairing and the epoxy hardened too fast and was too thick to use as paint onto the surface.
