Smells fresh again
I have a sense 10 cpap with a heated hose. The brush is both stiff and long enough to get all the gunk out the hose. I should have bought this sooner but kept putting it off. It was great to have fresh air again and nice to know everything is clean. One thing to know, if you’re using the same machine and hose, the end that attaches to the machine is an elbow and the brush won’t go through. Not thinking about that I jammed the brush all the way to the end and freaked out because there was no clear way on how to get the brush out. Pulling the brush backwards was the only way. The brush is stiff enough that I was concerned it would ruin the hose and it was hard to pull it out on my own. I got my partner, he held one end and I pulled the brush wire handle from the other and it came out easy. I’m sure if I were doing this alone jamming the elbow end someplace where it could help resist your pull would help. Maybe gently standing on one end while pulling the other? Not sure.Either way, after reading many other reviews about inserting the brush backward and pulling through, I found that’s not possible for my hose. Or concerns about the stiff brush poking holes, maybe but the hose walls are fairly thick and the brush is not made of steel. Just make sure to be aware of the air sensor -the plastic white thing inside the tube on the end that does not attach to the machine, and you’ll be fine.Happy cleaning.

Save $300.00...this works!
I'm an avid review reader before I buy anything. I've been using a CPAP for many years and it wasn't until recently I became concerned about cleaning the machine, hoses, mask, etc. I used to wash the nasal pillows once a week and wash out the water reservoir and occasionally run some soap and water thru a hose. I never seemed to have a problem. But lately there have been many ads about very expensive CPAP cleaning machines and also a variety of lower priced units that use ozone to sterilize the hose, mask and water reservoir. I read in some places that these work and then read other reviews saying ozone leaves a lingering odor, can damage a cpap machine and isn't that healthy to be around. What to do? I was also having problems with the humidifier on the CPAP machine -- the reservoir was totally full every morning and I felt the humidifier wasn't working. I went on YouTube and saw a great tutorial on how to check and fix your humidifier and lo and behold..it worked great. Only problem was that I was waking up with drops of moisture in my mask hose and the long tubing. I started to worry about all that moisture and the need to have a more regular cleaning of the tube so no bacteria or mildew could develop. I saw the Care TouchTube Brush for a very reasonable price and as they say, "What Have You Got To Lose?" I read some reviews that complained that they couldn't get it thru the hose, it damaged the hose, they had to put it in backwards and so on. I just used it this morning. I pumped some liquid soap into the hose...then I ran the brush EASILY ALL THE WAY THROUGH...AND PULLED IT OUT THE OTHER END. Then I pumped some soap in the other end and ran the brush all the way through EASILY. Then I flushed out the hose for a few minutes and hung it in the shower to dry. I didn't have to even make sure the hose was stretched out in a straight line...didn't have to put it in backwards...didn't damage the hose...it worked great. I used the smaller brush to clean the hose of the mask. I decided I'm not going to fool around with the ozone machines. I don't understand how the ozone gets all the way through a curled up hose anyway. Hope this help you make your decision. I'm a senior with absolutely no technical skills but I pulled this one off.

Great tool to clean residue from the air hose of your cpap machine
I have found that this brush does a great job cleaning residue from the inside of my cpap’s air hose. I have a SoClean 2 ozone disinfection system. The SoClean works great at disinfection of the equipment, including destroying residue in the tubes. However, there is a ‘burnt’ odor after disinfection, sometimes so strong that I have had to rinse the tube and mask before using it because I couldn’t sleep. When I use the brush and the SoClean detergent to clean the tube first, there is no unpleasant odor after disinfection with the SoClean 2 machine.Using the brush is a little counter-intuitive: you shouldn’t try to push the brush through the tube bristle-end first. Instead, drop the end of the flexi-cable into the tube, let it fall through to the other end, then grab the loop and pull the cable so that the bristles are pulled through the tube, not pushed. Avoid yanking the cable or letting it kink - mine snapped yesterday. But I got a year’s use out of it., which is well worth it because it reduces/eliminates the burnt odor after ozone disinfection (SoClean 2 operates this way, using ozone to destroy any bacterial or organic residue in the equipment after you have been breathing through it all night.)A tip for using the brush: I use it while standing in the shower stall so that I don’t have to wipe up all the water that splashes around from the floppy tube while cleaning it. Then I hang the tube over the shower head to drip-dry before I reassemble the cpap machine and run the the SoClean 2 disinfection cycle.17Aug2019 Update:The flexicable snapped off of the brush after my 4th use. Even though I had purchased the brush 1 year I months ago, and the warranty was expired, they very generously sent me a brand new replacement. I will be more gentle when using the brush.A great product but more importantly, a great vendor with excellent customer service.

Fantastic for your CPAP set
Cleaning my CPAP tube is very easy to use and store. It is very flexible, well made and automatically coils up for easy storage. It’s a must have for us CPAP users.

Good concept, meh results
Product brush is great, length is long enough but putting a flexible wire down a flexible tube is not working well for this application. Not sure what would be better, I’ll prob take the brush tip off and attach it to a small plastic rod so that I can more thoroughly clean/scrub the inside of my cpap hose.

The brush does not fit the hose provided with Phillips Dream Station Go!
The brush does not move inside the original hose provided with Phillips Dream Station Go! It gets stuck after enetring 9 inches into the hose. Over priced product... I eneded using only the 7 inches hand brush. Dont buy unless you know that the diameter of your hose will allow the movement of thebrush
